Hopkinton’s Conservation Land and Trails

Click any of the Conservation Land properties on the left for more information and resources.

We would appreciate your help in maintaining the trails by letting us know if there are any issues with the trails that need work. Please click here and complete the form with specific information.

Not all properties have developed hiking trails or parking areas. If a property has trails or parking, it will be mentioned in the menu and property description. Many properties are held simply as working forests; for other properties, trails may be inappropriate or have not yet been developed.

Unless specifically noted, hiking trails are available for non-motorized use including walking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and mountain biking. A few trails, including the Hopkinton Village Greenway, have sections that include Class VI roads (old town roads that are no longer maintained by the town but remain open to public use as rights-of-way). Horses and motorized recreational uses are permitted on Class VI roads. The Hopkinton Conservation Commission appreciates careful usage by horse owners and motorized recreational users on Class VI roads during wet or snowy seasons to avoid erosion damage. We appreciate your cooperation.
