A JOINT PROJECT OF HOPKINTON'S CONSERVATION COMMISSION AND OPEN SPACE COMMITTEE

Welcome to Hopkinton New Hampshire’s Conservation Land Website

Hopkinton, New Hampshire, owns 24 properties, totaling 1,305 acres, that are protected as town forests, recreation areas and open space properties. In addition, the town secured a conservation easement and developed trails and a canoe access on the 400-acre Bohanan Farm. Other conservation properties, owned by non-profit organizations and governmental agencies, are available for public use.

Some of the properties described in this website have parking as well as hiking trails, biking trails, access for canoeing and kayaking, and/or cross country skiing trails, while others are reserved for wildlife and timber management.

Please use this website to explore these conservation lands and learn more about the work we do, and then get out and visit these properties! The members of the Conservation Commission and Open Space Committee hope you enjoy the beauty and natural resources available to all of us here in Hopkinton.
